This is a great lime dip. You can eat it straight with a spoon out of the refrigerator and be happy. Not that I have...just saying you could. *guilty look on my face*
Katy's Lime Dip
Yield: 1 cup
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp sugar
1-2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons freshly grated lime peel
Stir together all ingredients in small bowl. Cover; refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit.
