3/4 cups extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
juice of one lemon
1 T. dried oregano
1 T. dried basil

Fudge Pie
You will thank me after you make this. Your mouth will thank you. Your stomach will thank you. If you share, your friends will thank you!
Fudge Pie
1 Unbaked Pie Shell
2 Squares (2 Oz.) semisweet chocolate
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt chocolate squares in microwave in 30 second intervals so that the chocolate does not burn. Melt butter in separate dish in microwave. Combine the melted butter, melted chocolate, and sugar. Once mixture is cooled down, add eggs (if not they will scramble, and that is bad...).
Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 25 minutes or until set.
