Chicken Pasta Casserole

A great chicken dish when you get bored of just plain chicken.

Chicken Pasta Casserole

4-6 chicken breast
8 oz. Angel Hair Pasta
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 Can Rotel
8 oz. Mexican Cheese Blend (shredded)


Boil 4-6 chicken breast. Cook 8 oz. Angel Hair Pasta in the same water as the chicken was cooked in.

In a bowl mix together:
-cream of chicken
-cream of mushroom
-Rotel

Add chicken to pasta.

Put in greased 9x13 casserole dish.

Top with 8 oz. shredded Mexican cheese blend.

Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees (or until cheeses is melted and bubbly).
