White BBQ Chicken

6 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. white vinegar
3 lbs. chicken

Arrange chicken in single layer on baking dish. Combine mayo, sugar, salt and pepper in mixing bowl and mix ell. Stir in lemon juice and vinegar. Reserve 2 tbsp. of mayonnaise mixture. Spoon remaining over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, or until done, basting with reserve marinade.
